time to start again!

So obviously it has been awhile since I have written on here. But I would like to get back to it and it seems a little nicer then writing on facebook. So here we go....

So many things have been changing in our lives, and one I would like to share is T-Ball!!!

The girls both started t-ball and are loving it. They each have their own team and play and practice at different times and different places. But that's my drama. As the girls are getting older we are learning so much about their personalities. Taylor, we have always know, is more of a girly girl. She likes to sing and dance, she loves the idea of boys, girly dresses, and really avoids any possible injury. We knew she would have fun with t-ball because it is less aggressive then soccer. She of course likes it but I think its because of all the hyper little boys on her team. She giggles and plays with her hair and then encourages them to chase her. ;) Don't let it fool you though, she hits the ball great and is understanding the game so much more everyday.

Brynnly is definitely more of a tom-boy. Don't get me wrong. She loves to paint her nails all shades of pink, she loves frilly dresses too, and always trys to wear the little makeup I own. She, however, can get hit in the head with a bat, rub it and shake it off. ( Taylor would be on the ground having convulsions). Last night was Brynns first game and she was so excited. She would just randomly spazz a little and giggle. She hit like a power house and was all over the field trying to get the ball. I could see her last night grown up, playing some sport, maybe c.i.f. , state, collage. I know, I know, she is only three and that's a long way away, but stephens just as excited as her for the sports avenue.

ohh the ducks

We took the girls to feed the ducks at the pond about 2 min. from our place the other night. Its wasn't the first time we've done this but t was the first time with the camera and brynnly standing on her own. She loved the ducks being so close. They actually would come right under her feet between her legs. Taylor on the other hand wasn't so found of their very friendly approach. She had a big piece of bread in her hand and the ducks came right up and snatched it out. It actually was quiet comic to see all the ducks go crazy fast around in circles chasing the lucky bird the had the whole slice. We normally do this once or twice a week depending on our bad bread supply. I actually took one of this pics of brynnly and entered her in the gap casting call for new baby models. fingers crossed that they think shes as cute s we do.

brynnlys baptism

well brynnly was baptized last sunday and it was lovely. The first time I think anything has happened in this family and been low-key. Mom, Dad, Sarah and Debbie were here to celebrate with us. The church has this beautiful quilt that they put her name on. It was a great day. We went up into the mountains to take a few pics of Brynnly in the dress. Any way.... thanks for all your prayers and being with us that day in spirit. love you all.

aunt sarah

Sarah came back with us for the month of August. Its been really fun! The girls are loving her being here. Brynnly loves all the attention, and Taylor loves more time with mommy. We have been going everyday to the park or river or anything. We actually rode our bikes to the nearest elementary school ( where taylor might go ) and got caught in one of the many storms that comes through. I had the best time but Stephen and Sarah were less then thrilled. Come On... how often do you get to ride your bike in a complete down pour and crazy wind?!! Its so fun but that may just be the little kid in me.

San Diego!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just went on our first vacation as a family to San Diego and it was so much fun! The journey was so exciting, exhausting, and fast that we are glad to be back home into our normal routine. We had such a filled itinerary that we hardly had time to relax. We got to see almost everyone we wanted to see and do everything we wanted to do thanks to my parents. I just wish we could have done more down time at home with my dad. Disneyland, the Zoo, Padres game from the Kimballs, the beach, Kylene and Dougs wedding, family meals and time together, and ohhhh the food! We do wish we got more Jacks and In and Out but we definitely brought back gassy memories of mexican food. I think i put on 6 pounds in authentic re-fried beans! I hope to all who see this you know how much fun we had. It was nice to see you all, but the best part about the trip back home to San Diego was knowing that is was not home anymore. Home is here in beautiful Bozeman that we made together. Its ours and we love it, just like my aunt Kathy said. We hope to see you all soon. Love you all!!

the hard part is over

I think for the most part we are done! It was pretty crazy moving everything over with the girls around our feet, but I can safely say that no one (but my toe) was hurt. We already love the new place and space we have here. The home stays cooler because our windows are mostly south facing. The two car attached garage is a gos send. And already full of crap ( only temporary mom dont worry). So to all who see this post the new address is : 428 Michael Grove Apt D. Everything else is the same. Were hoping to stay here until we either buy a house or move back to S.D. ( we need some family!)

ughhh!

Well the insanity of moving begins! Were moving to doors to the north of us and I think its going to be harder then moving a long distance. Our goal is to move each room over at a time. So far weve been cleaning the heck out of our new place(dusting, scrubbing, and painting) Kind of hard with the munchkins. Were hoping to be totally in and out by this weekend so fingers crossed we dont kill each other in the process.
